With a Shoppers on every corner, there’s a Shoppers on some pretty important corners. Some of them are in neighbourhoods where the homeless population is dense and many of these women can not afford the high cost of tampons. This program relied on no press, no awareness, only those who needed to take advantage of the program have ever been made aware of it’s existance.
